I have been running my practice for the past two plus decades, working from home and living in the countryside of
Castlewellan in County Down.
My work centres around New Age Counselling, Energy Healing, Past Life Regression and a variety of workshops).

Since 2021, I began teaching courses that open up to the 22nd chakra point. Much in the content of these courses was channelled over the past few years. These courses are unique to my practice. Please click on the page above named Atlantean Reconnections for more detailed information.
I am a trained and experienced counsellor and have a diploma in Counselling from Oxford University. I am also a Reiki Master and Teacher, Past Life Regressionist, Couple Counsellor and Spiritual Counsellor.
Each of my sessions and courses are focused on spiritual counselling and guidance for an over all holistic healing experience. In a world that is undergoing huge shifts of energy to increase our spiritual enlightenment, we are collectively re-setting and re-programming the collective consciousness.
Some of us are currently shifting from our carbon based bodies to our crystallised form.
It is essential that we now heal old wounds, lift blocks and grow in LOVE into the Humanitarian Age.
We must strive to become lighter, energy beings as we experience all life has to offer on this wonderful planet.
It's what we've come onto earth at this time to do!
